By downloading or using Posy, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Posy Period Tracker app ("Posy", "the App"). By using the App you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Posy Premium Subscription

Posy offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called Posy Premium, which unlocks additional features including extended cycle predictions, full cycle history, and PDF health report export.

• Subscription options: Monthly or Annual
• Price: As displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region.
• Free trial: A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial period).
• Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• No refunds for partial periods: Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Free Features

Core period tracking features — including period logging, symptom and mood tracking, cycle predictions, and reminders — are free and will remain free forever.

4. Use of the App

Posy is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Health Disclaimer

Posy is a personal health tracking tool and is not a medical device. The information provided by the App — including cycle predictions and fertile window estimates — is for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

6. Privacy

All your health data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Posy are the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
