Where is my data stored?

All your data is stored locally on your device only. We never upload or have access to your personal health information.

How do I export my data?

Go to Settings > Export Data to save a backup of all your cycle data.

How do I import data?

Go to Settings > Import Data to restore from a previous backup.

How do I delete my data?

Go to Settings > Delete All Data to permanently remove all your information from the app.

Is my data backed up?

Data is stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the app, your data will be lost unless you've exported a backup. We recommend regular exports if your data is important to you.

Does Posy work offline?

Yes! Posy works completely offline since all data is stored on your device.
